All Devices Haptics Touch message app no recent contact

Hello,

is everyone having the same issue as me, when using Haptics touch in the messaging app, I don't get the recent three contacts to quickly reply to them, I have done a restore, I have also setup the phone as new, I used this a lot, but ever since I got the new iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 13, none of my devices (iPhone, Ipad's) showing the three recent contact in the app. any help really appreciate.

They’re showing up for me. It takes a bit of time for the phone to learn who you’re talking to most often.

Still not working for me. Only 1 person since day one.

Same for me. Sometimes a reboot will help. This happens with other apps too. They lose the haptic touch menu and a reboot solves it temporarily.

Not working for me on iOS 13.2 beta 2, both on an iPhone and iPad.

Nope, completely screwed. I did a clean install a couple of months ago and not one single contact appears in mine. For something so simple, it’s amazing Apple can’t get it to work. I raised it as a bug but no acknowledgement whatsoever.

I spoke to apple today, sent them a diagnostic log, lets see what they find.
