I've been reading the threads on the potential iPhone X display issues (yellow screen, blue shift, users stating that the screen doesn't seem as sharp, claims of migraines/headaches) That might be a combination of the display type, manufacturer defects, the technology behind the screen. Has there been any issues noted for the iPhone 8+?

Unfortunately it doesn't seem like Displaymate reviewed the iPhone 8+. They gave the iPhone 7 an A for Excellent Display, noting that it was a big improvement over the 6. That was only a year ago.

The display on the iPhone 7 is a Truly Impressive Top Performing Display and a major upgrade to the display on the iPhone 6. It is by far the best performing mobile LCD display that we have ever tested, and it breaks many display performance records.

The 8 screen isn’t that fancy so I don’t see why it would have any specific defects.

It’s basically the 7 plus with the improvements the iPad Pro got earlier this year.
