So I have an iPad mini 4 with IOS 11.3 and an iPad Air 2 with 11.4, none of them detect my 3.5 cable when I plug them in, interesting enough, the iPad Air 2 detected them until yesterday.

I bought both of them already used, the iPad mini never worked, the Air 2 worked.

Maybe my cables don't work? I already tested them on my PC and yes, they work.

Maybe I need an specific set of cables or headphones? Maybe Apple is already getting rid of the headphone jack with their updates?

Help!

Try restarting the iPad and testing a different set of headphones. Headphone port is working fine for all my devices on 11.4 including an iPad Air 2.
