So I just got my watch yesterday & today was my first day at the gym with it.
Just a few questions about the results.
First, I checked my heart rate a bunch of times throughout my work out & the numbers varied from the 50's to 150's. Seemed a bit off beings as I take a lot of pre workout which should keep my heart pounding for the duration of my workout. Anybody else have the same problem?

Second, I was in the gym for 2 hours doing HIIT training but only got 1/30 minutes for excersize (the green ring) what gives?
Same thing for the move ring (red) it says only 150/750. That seems way low for my pace of training.

Third, on my health app on my iPhone I click source>my apple watch & it says go to the health app to change settings. But on the app it only allows me to add my weight, age, height etc. there's no real "settings"
Is the health app suppose to show some sort of info on it from my watch?

Any tips on how to get my watch to be more accurate would be great.
