Healthkit

So I'm curious what the members think about healthkit collecting data from outside sources. It's no secret that Apple and Nike have been very friendly but not that long ago Nike disbanded their wearables team and seems to have shifted their focus to software. Does anybody think they're collaborating the iWatch or could be still doing things and just wanted less attention for a bit? I think the Nike Fuelband is one the best concepts for health tracking. The Nike points are a bit obscure though and connection to real, widely accepted and measurable data seems like an obvious next move.
