Hi,

I have been dealing with the heating problem with my MBP for quite a while already. I got one of the older version of the '15 MBP, it has 2.0 mHz. I have downloaded the SMCFan control to cool down the MBP. my mbp has been at 86 degree C. for a couple of times already in this week. Before, I only have to deal with this problem once a month or 3 weeks, but in the last few times, I have to restart the computer almost every 3 days. I have checked if there is any new update for the computer, but there isn't any. I wondered if anyone know what I can do with this issue? Thanks

I wondered if anyone know if the newer MBP has solved this problem already? Am I one of the MBP owner who bought a defected older version MBP? Or the newer version has the same type of problem? I have ran the computer with the maximum fan speed at 6000 rpm, but the temp. is still at 80 degree.
