HEEEEELP!! My Macbook won't finish turning on!

Alright, if this has been asked before and answered, I apologize. I looked in millions of forums and can't figure this out. Here's my problem: I turn my Macbook on, I see the apple, and then I see a picture of the power button telling me to restart my computer, and this above it to the left,
