HEIC to JPG - choose frame

Does anyone know of a HEIC converter that allows you to choose the frame?

I transferred some "LIVE" images from an iPhoneXS to a MacBookAir.
Now I have a folder full of HEIC files that I can easily convert using iMazing HEIC converter or other software.

I have not, however, been able to identify a program or app that will allow me to choose a frame from the LIVE photo to choose as the jpg.

Any advice?
