I am using ios 11.2.1 on my mini ipad 2.
I received an error code when trying to import files into an apps document directory. The error reads: "Import Error No importable files could be found. Files must be placed in the application's Documents directory using iTunes file sharing in order to be imported."
I have searched and searched and can't figure out how to do it. I've explored the new File App, but no apps or their directory folders are in it. I would greatly appreciate it if someone can tell me what I need to do! Thanks in advance!!!
