Help configuring OpenCore for Gigabyte Z390 + i9-9900k

I'm trying to setup a hackintosh with my Gigabyte Z390 Xtreme + i9-9900k.

I've been following the OpenCore Vanilla Guide and am lost on the ACPI step, working with DSDT and SSDT.


I thought it may be better to SHOW where I'm getting stuck and confused, so I uploaded a video to YouTube demonstrating the chaos.

I appreciate anyone's help!
