I am not exactly sure what I did, but while syncing my iPhone to my MBP I did something that ALL but 6 contacts were deleted. What could I have done? I really need to make sure I do not do that again!!
So I thought I would just do restore from backup. I think I back it up fairly often. However, iTunes will not restore backup - it says there is not enough memory on the iPhone (5). I have deleted all my podcasts, lots of text messages, photos, and apps, and I have 900Mb free, but it still not enough to back up.
I have been avoiding iCloud - mostly due to fears about cyber security. not sure which is worse!
