Help: Issue installing mobilconfig from mail

So for odd reasons, I do not have ability to use Safari on my iPad. I would like to install the mobileconfig file so I can try out 11.3 beta, but when I try to open the mobileconfig file from my an attachment in mail, it won't work! It just asks me if I want to send it or "save" it- can someone help me!? Much love
