Resolved HELP! Mac won’t start after time machine recovery

So basically I recently restored my MBP from a time machine backup and everything seemed to be going well, but now I’m not able to unlock my Mac. My Mac boots to the unlock screen and then just keeps showing itself as unlocking even though it really isn’t. It has been doing this for at least 10 minutes now. Any suggestions to remedy this? Thanks
