Hello, I have a macbook pro retina 2013 A1502 that doesn't work on the trackpad, I already changed the part, checked the power input on the trackpad, and reset NVRAM and SMC ... and it didn't come back. does anyone know how I can solve it?

Just to be clear, you had the trackpad replaced and it still doesn't work?

I had a similar problem (late 2013 15" MBP) and the problem was due to swollen battery. That also partially blocked the air intake on the sides too. After replacing the battery the trackpad came back to life and the MBP runs much cooler.
