For whatever reason, the iP5 and iPad2 exhibit a weird problem when in Safari, when a text field has focus, pressing any key on the on-screen keyboard, will crash Safari but the iP4S doesn't.

As an example, it happens on these forums, if I go to the desktop version, try to do a search and start typing, Safari will just bomb out and dump me back to the springboard but it doesn't happen when going a Google search (on the actual webpage, not the search field on Safari) as I can search away to my heart's content there.

I guess the simple answer is to sit down and install/uninstall tweaks one by one until the crashing stops, bit time consuming though. Anyone have any quicker ideas to narrow down or find the cause?

Edit: found the cause, protect my privacy's safari settings, disabled it for that and bam, working!
