iPad HELP! Need to downgrade from 8.4 PB to 8.3

Hello all.
I sold my iPad mini 1 on eBay and now I need to downgrade it from the PB of 8.4 to 8.3 so the buyer isnt stuck with beta software. I am currently downloading the 8.3 ipsw from here: http://www.iphonehacks.com/2015/04/download-ios-8-3.html
Will this work if i just restore it to this? If I have to let the buyer know that it will be on the PB, will it be unlinked from my account and stuff? I already unenrolled it but beta 4 of 8.4 still shows up when you go to software update. What should i do??? Please help whoever can, thanks!

Plug the device in
Download the proper iOS 8.3 .ipsw for the device
Go to the main device screen in iTunes
Shift + click restore (or option + click restore on a Mac)
Browse for the .ipsw you downloaded
Double click it

Did these exact steps already and it is now on 8.3 ready to go. Thanks!

I find simply putting the device into recovery mode and letting iTunes do its work gets the job done without the hassle of finding the right file or anything like that.
