Long and short of my issue is I am upgrading phones from a 4S 16 to 4s 32. I have created a few ringtones for my old phone and forgot to back them up before i formatted my Mac. Is there a way I can pull them off my old phone and get them on my new phone?

I'm a rolling stone.
You were right, sadly for you this didn't work.
There are some Apps to sync your iPhone, you might look at them, iExplorer is one and another one is Airdisk(I think), they might help.

You can back them up via iCloud.
I believe iCloud only does iStore stuff, unfortunetly, when it comes to apps/music/books/ringtones.

A google search for "iPhone File manager" gets several results, including iExplorer.

Not sure if iExplorer will do what you need in demo (Apparently it's a pay app, think it used to be free).
