I was installing a package yesterday (might've been Universal Video Downloader) and after multiple download failures due to server stress, I finally got it to install. I respring only to find that Cydia looks like the screenshot below and doesn't respond to any touch input on the screen. I think NCSettings might have had something to do with it, as I recall hitting respring from a toggle in my notification center. Is there anything I can do to fix this without tearing down and starting again from scratch?

edit: I can't kick my iPad into safe mode. It just hangs at the Apple logo.

edit2: I solved this issue by going into /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ and manually deleting RetinaPad and FullForce. Problem solved.
