HELP! Should I return my dual-core powerpc desktop and get an Intel iMac?

I just bought this at the end of December so I have some time to return it. What do you guys think? The dual-core iMac should be as fast as my desktop if not faster. I was planning on having my powermac for a year or so and then selling it to upgrade, but I dunno what kind of resale value it'll have.

Can imacs be used as nodes in Logic Pro?

Didn't Apple say it will be 2 months until they have Universal binaries of their pro apps? IMHO you are probably better off sticking with the Power Mac and upgrade in a year like you planned. As for the computers resell value they are computers not investments.
