iPhone Help! When iPhone 5s on sleep mode it goes off and recovery mode it self.

how can i resolve the issue about iPhone 5s while in sleep mode it goes off to recovery mode. to able to use again by pressing power and home button at the same time it goes on again after 5mins of sleep mode it goes off to recovery mode.
