Help With MobileMe

Ok i have just bought mobile me from apple and don't really understand how to use it.

I have set up the mobile me account on my mac and iPhone and can view the email account online, however i don't want to use the @me.com account for my emails, but continue to use my existing e-mail address. How exactly do i get my emails (from existing email address) to sync what's on my mac and phone using it
eg when i delete an email on my iPhone it will delete on my mac

I have the other functions eg address both sync working fine between the two.

Who is your other email address from ? gmail, yahoo, hotmail , other?

If you want your email and email folders on your mac and iphone to be in sync then what you want is an email provider that has imap. I may be wrong and there may be a work around but it is my understanding that btconnect only supports pop3 and not imap. so you won't be able to have them all in sync

If you had a provider like gmail you could do this. You would not need mobile me to do this either
