Help with purchasing a new Mac

Hi, I am from a non EU country but I want to buy a new MacBook. Can i order through the website and pay with my card (not from eu)? I would do a store pickup.

Your question is a bit confusing to me. Are you ordering through Apple or another retailer? Is the store in your country, or across the border with another country but close enough that you can pick it up? In any case while I am not up to speed with all the EU laws and regulations, I can tell you that as long as the online website accepts you CC you can have the laptop shipped wherever (in alignment with regulations). When I live in Canada there were things I could not get shipped to Canada, but was able to ship to a border town in the US and drive down to pick up.

Make your purchase on Apple's website and submit your payment info. When Apple accepts / declines your payment method there's your answer.
