Help with reinstalling Snow Leopard Server on Mac Mini

Hi,

I recently bought a Mac Mini with Mac OS X Server 10.6 on it. A friend of mine did the initial set-up and I realized that there were some problems with it.

How do you do a clean reinstall on the Mac Mini? I've tried erasing the Server HD on Disc Utility. However, it will only erase the free space and not the entire hard drive as needed.

Boot with the CDs and use Disk Utility and create a new partition.
