Hi! I sucessfuly installed High Sierra on my MBP Mid 2008 and now it's time to get it work on Macbook 4.1 (early 2008).
Sadly when I checked dosdude1 web page there's an info that my MacBook will not work with that "hack".

I'm thinking why?
It have Intel C2D Penryn (42nm with SSE4 support) so it should work with High Sierra.

Should I check it anyway?

If I will not be able to do this I will have to Install El Captain (probably last supported OSX by unofficial patches) or some Linux (like xubuntu that I installed on first gen of MB Air) or Win10 (better not).

For people who will tell me "get a new Mac": I have MBP 2013 (and I love it!) but I'm enthusiast who like to collect old Macs and make almost impossible things with them - just as my hobby.
