I was cleaning my computer because space has been eating quite fast and just discovered this
User-library-Containers
I tried to delete few colors but Home is downloading or recreating the same immediately
What a waste for nothing! Any idea?
The only one I came up with was to delete 4 bitmap color , 2 and 3 for each one and substitute those with folders with the same name
This way they cannot recreate 59 mb of #$@% for each one and kept just the two in use

Update: I was able to transfer the ones from the same folder I have in Big Sur and changing the name to match the two I'm using. Big Sur files are "only" 10MB

You could try to replace the ones in Mojave with aliases towards the one in Big Sur.

Thanks but
The two systems are on two different computers, the old MBP has Big Sur
Now I have 4 folders with the same names of the gradients and two real cpbitmap images from Big Sur with the names required by Mojave
359 MB down to 20 MB ?
Do you know a program that let you edit those images?
I cannot find any

I thought you were dual-booting Mojave & Big Sur.
I don’t think there are any programs that can edit cpbitmap files because: “cpBitmap is a proprietary format for image files used by Apple devices running iOS (iPhone, iPad)….but Apple does not offer a reader or viewing app. The only way to open .cpbitmap files is to convert them to JPG or PNG format.” https://www.dcode.fr/cpbitmap-format
Alternative ways of converting
