I have a couple of Wemo smart plugs, connected to an Apple TV. The TV is on auto update so I'm not 100% sure what OS it's running but it would be pretty current. My problem is that these switches stop responding to Home Kit after about 24 hours of inactivity. It's easy to reset them: unplug them and plug them back in. But that kind of defeats the purpose!
Interestingly, I have noticed that if I leave a light on (they are connected to lamps), the switch will keep responding. Until I turn the light off for a while.
This can't be normal, but I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. It doesn't seem like it ought to be hard...
