How close do you need to be to a HomeKit to be considered home?

I went today to a grocery shop, which is ⅓ mile away from my home and I checked the automation and I was still shown for my HomeKit as if I was still at home (the lights didn’t switch off as they normally do when I leave home). I wonder how far do you need to be away to be considered not at home? Thanks

Go into the automation and press the select the location and manually type in your home address. A circle will pop up showing you the radius of the geofence. It doesn’t do this when you just have “Home” selected but the radius should be similar.

If this is caused by the map address not matching the physical address go into the maps app, press the home icon on the map, press edit location, drag it to where your home actually is.
