Hi guys

Just wondered if anyone else has their HomePod on a separate network? I have mine on my IoT network at home along with all my HomeKit gear. My phone however is on my private home network and I can control all the HomeKit devices just fine. Automations also work fine as well as Air play.

My main issue is in the home app, it keeps showing the annoying error that the HomePod is not on the same WiFi network as my phone. It’s not wrong because it isn’t but it does have a firewall rule that allows it to talk to my phone on the private network. The HomePod won’t let me add reminders or read calendar events (seems most of the personal requests don't work). It just moans that my iPhone isn't on the same network.

Has anyone else had this that has separate networks in their home?
