HomePod HomePod Stuck In Loop

Hi,

My HomePod stopped playing music randomly and the music app on my phone would just say it was loading.

I unplugged it and plugged it back in but now all it’s doing is the white circle will go round, then the volume buttons will flash on for a second and then it’ll go off, and then it just does this constantly like it’s stuck in a boot loop.

Tried holding my finger down on the top while it’s coming on to do a reset but it’s just the same behaviour.

Any help would be appreciated!
