One of my HomePods is being relegated to playing soothing music to my dogs overnight, as that has always made them sleep more soundly and not get disturbed by minor outside noises they might otherwise bark at...
However, the HomePod switches off after about 5 hours, regardless of whether it's a looped playlist or a single looped track, or even just a request to play "chilled classical music". What gives? I see other threads on Reddit moaning this was a glitch introduced with 14.4, but I can't find any threads from the last two years. Any suggestions, folks? Aside from hook up a dumb speaker to an iPod, I mean.
