I have a pair of HomePods which have previously been used as a pair. I had some visitors today and wanted music in an extra room so unpaired the HomePods for a while, using them in separate rooms.
I have now tried to re-pair the HomePods and they refuse to pair. I’ve tried forgetting both HomePods and setting them up from scratch. I can get both ‘pods to work individually and if I go through the pairing process they appear as a pair in the Home app, but telling them to play only sends music to only one of them.
Any suggestions for what to do to recover the pair?
