Mac High Sierra installed beta 2, and when watching you tube videos 1080p, my mac book pro gets EXTREMELEY hot around the top right. 13" Pro early 2015 2.7 i5. Is it my mac or high sierra? Fan running via macs fan control.

Did this happen with the previous MacOS installed before 10.13? As a sanity reinstall the previous Mac OS and see if it still happens.
Look which process is running at high CPU. In my case it was (like with Sierra Beta a process called "secd"). Disabling the keychain in iCloud (just keep keys on your mac) fixes this.
