I've only ever used my iOS account on my first ever brand new iPhone 6 which is associated and connected to my email yahoo account..

Yet I've reason to believe that perhaps my account may be logged in on others phones, such as my ex. Obviously the answer here is to change my password, but before I do I'm wondering if there's any way to see if more devices than just my iPhone 6 and PC that I occasionally log into iCloud.com with are logged in and perhaps peeking at my notes app or worse, photos.

Any help here is appreciated. Obviously a password change is the way to go but I'm hoping to spot the culprit and any other devices associated with my account. I admittedly fear it's an iPad or iPhone and its mirroring everything.
