How can I create new users using Apple-Script, just like Windows New User create Wizard. So that non tech person can create MacOS user account, simple following instructions and providing Username, Password, Permissions, Account Types, etc. Thanks!

Where can I find Apple-Script to modify multiple of Systems Preferences at once so that I don't have to do it manually and one by one, for example- Assign User as Administrator, Set the user to manage this MacOS, Enable File Sharing and Remote login, etc.
