iPhone 8/Plus How can I move photos from one album to another on iPhone8+ ios 13.5.1

I'm trying to organize my photos into albums and I can't move photos from the main photo album to a new one I created. In all the online help articles I have read it shows a "Add To" link at the bottom after selecting photos between the trash and the send icons, I do not have that ?

Anyone have a solution for moving photos from one album to another in ios 13.5.1 ?

In iOS 13 the item you want is in the Actions section further down under the Favourites section. Just scroll and you should see it, if not there is an Edit Actions link to allow you to add what you want.

Thank I did find the option to "add to album" when I selected the photos I just clicked the send to icon and then scrolled down like you said and found many other options I had not seen before thanks.
