How can I sync my Air to my Mac

I'm working on my Mac, but take my Macbook Air with me on travel. How can I sync all data (+email) from my Mac to my Air, so I have everything with me on travel.

I use CS to regularly sync my Macbook air and Mac Pro - works perfectly, just have to take the time to set up the folders and/or rules you want to adhere to while syncing and you're good to go.

Seems like every conference I go to these days, and even the occasional presentation or meeting, includes their files on a USB stick. I have six on my desk, all quite usable but absolutely superfluous. So yes, if you're in the right business, you can get free USB drives.

The biggest is 2GB even, so it's not like they're handing out cruddy little 128MB things or such.

I like using MobileMe and iDisk Sync. Seems to work well.
