Resolved How can i transfer my activity data to from old iphone to new one?

I just got my new 6s plus so I am using it, unpaired from the old one and pair to the new one. I did back up my old phone and use restore from the back up on new phone. I got everything back except for the activity data, its all gone now. I still have my old phone with me now. Any way i can restore the data?
