General How change apps icons?

Hello,
rather, it is my first time using Jailbreak and Cydia. I did jb to my iPhone basically out of curiosity to use custom themes (specifically, Jaku).

This theme includes custom icons for certain apps, but there are others which haven't icon and I want to use other icons created by the community.

Someone can guide me on how to do this process?
I have a Mac. And the phone is a iPhone 4 with iOS 5.1.1.

So while I understand how and where to replace the icons - I still don't understand how to get the icon image by jaku into ifile. I tried to do "copy" via my email and. Via jaku's site and then paste insider ifile but it doesnt work. Where do I store the icon so I can cut and paste them inside ifile?!?!? Thanks
