how do I check the temperature on my ibook?

My left wrist is getting uncomfortably hot as I type this. I'm using my ibook, as FileVault is encryping my PowerMac G4.

How do I check the temperature of my iBook? What's the best and most accurate utility?

I use this widget to monitor my comp, it's fairly neat.
