iCloud How do I get my titles of my pics to show up in a link?

I have an album of pictures in iCloud on my iMac OS Sonoma. I’ve named them with titles underneath the pics directly using the iCloud program. When I create a link and open it in another browser to get an idea of what others will see, I do not see the titles.

How do I get them to show up? Please keep answers as simple as possible.
