How do I make a RAR archive in Catalina?

Greetings,

I see instructions on various sites saying to use the "rar" command in Terminal. However, on my Mac running Catalina 10.15.7 when I type "rar" into Terminal I get "command not found." For "man rar" I get "No manual entry for rar."

A GUI app would be great as well if anyone knows of one that works on Catalina in 2022. All I can find is apps that unrar.
