iPhone 6(S)/Plus How do I stop Safari activity on my phone from syncing to Chrome on my iMac?

This is actually creeping me out. Any webpage I go to on my iPhone it goes to it on Chrome. I don’t remember ever syncing the two between my iMac and iPhone.

I tried looking up how to disable it and it says go to iCloud and uncheck safari from there. Welp I did that and my websites are still syncing to chrome on my iMac. How the heck do i disable this?
