How do I tweak a jailbroken iPhone to bypass ‘Card not added’ Apple Pay fraud prevention? 🧐

Hi, I’m having an issue with my iPhone, I attempted to add the wrong card, one which I had reported stolen, since then I’ve been unable to add any card to Apple Pay, I’ve found out this is the “Fraud prevention system”.

Using Cydia, how can I change my iPhone so that Apple Pay will accept my card? Apparently I need to change the things it uses to identify the phone.

Edit: Disclaimer - I’m not committing fraud I can verify the card as well, I just can’t add it.
