Hi, I started geotagging my older Apple Photos content when I didn't geotag my videos and photos.
Geotagging photos is fine, but I would like to geotag my .mov files from my first iPhones. I researched quite a bit and the whole thing is more than confusing with the .mov container etc. My "workflow" at the moment is:
1) send my .mov files to the iPad (my videos are in a folder, not in the library)
2) geotag them there with Metapho
3) save them as new videos
4) send them to my Mac
The whole process is extremely slow and frustrating, since it sometimes messes with the capture date when it was taken in another time zone.
Does anyone have another, faster way of geotagging .mov files so the location can later be recognized by Photos? It would help me a lot...
