iPhone How do you open a Twitter URL in Safari in iOS 13?

For some reason the Twitter website does not work with mobile Safari. In iOS 12 you could long press on a Twitter URL and it would ask you if you want to open in the Twitter app. In iOS 13 when you long press a URL you get a preview of the website along with some share sheet actions but no option to open in app. Is there no longer a way to do that?
