How Hard Do You Have to Push Buttons on Jawbone Bluetooth?

Hi, I got the Jawbone Bluetooth headset with my iPhone and I'm curious if it's normal to have to push down very hard on the talk button to activate it. If I press the talk button without much pressure, I hear a soft click but nothing happens. The only way to activate my talk button is to put the headset between my thumb and another finger and press together very hard. Is this normal for this device? Or do I have a broken Jawbone? Any feedback is appreciated.

You might be not pushing down on the right spot, because mine doesn't need much pressure to activate.
