How is the 10GbE upgrade of M2/M2 Pro Mini 2023

Old thread but I have a question about the optional 10GbE on the mini
Does anyone have 10GbE in their home? If so:
1. I’m jealous
2. Where do you live?
3. What speed can you obtain?
All of the 10GbE services I have seen has just been at a few businesses, I haven’t seen any actual 10 GbE service in a residential setting. (I’ve seen 2 that have claimed 10GbE but is was actually just good 1GbE service [700+ Mbps])
Is 10GbE just for business or future proofing?

Is 10GbE just for business or future proofing?
Most consumers will have a hard time finding availability of 10Gb internet. Most use 10Gbe for their Local Area Network. Ive got a server with 10Gbe and it's nice being able to actual work from the server with a 1,000 MB/s connection vs 100 MB/s. It also allows up 10 1GbE devices to pull to their full bandwidth without being bottlenecked by a 1GbE uplink.
