How long do i have to subscribe to Apple's TV+ 3mo Trial?

I recently got an iPad that came with a free 3 month Apple Tv+ Trial - but there isn't much I want to watch right now. I am hoping to subscribe when Ted Lasso comes back on - can I wait until than or will i lose out on my free 3 months if I do not subscribe right now?

You have to activate the trial in 90 days from when your device was bought/started first time.

Im wondering this too. I purchased a new phone, but didn’t activate it for a couple of weeks, and it was only recently that the AppleTV+ trial offer has been appearing on my phone. Would the 90 days be from purchase or from when I first turned my iPhone on?

I didn’t activate AppleCare, so I’m using that as the cut off date.
