Last October a friend bought iPhone 13 Pro models from Verizon at half off with trade-in of old Samsung phones.
It was six months for iPhone 13 models to start showing up:

In the USA it seems really SLOW. I bought an Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max from the Apple refurbished store in the UK in March 2023. The green one for my mom in the UK.
