How long until I can request a return?

Had my strap delivered today, it's too big so wish to return it. Had it delivered to a UPS drop off point, so u sure if this makes a difference but the 'return items' option does not show, yet an item that was dispatched 2hrs ago already shows 'return items'

Not quite sure I follow what you're describing but you have to initiate a return from the Apple Online store buy calling them or over chat. once a return has been initiated the return label they e-mail you has a tracking # on it. You can use that to see where the returned item is.
